STORIES
We each have stories to be told. Our lives are chapters waiting there-
each day we live we write a page of what we do and how we care.
We each have stories deep inside; a tale of dreams, a tale of woe
or laughter midst the searing pain of loss and grief and letting go.
We still have stories yet untold; each day creates a chance to write:
a chance encounter, chance to play, a chance of joy or sweet delight.
We write each chapter of our life as dying, slowly, year by year
we either write of lives full-lived, or measured short, or lived in fear,
So live! And write your tale of life: the dreams you chased, the love you shared,
the things you saw and learned and heard, the things you lost or gained or dared!
Yes, write: each chapter there unfolds with quiet grace or violent storm;
with tears and laughter, rage or joy- each day a chapter to be born.
So live and write! The tale awaits and adds more chapters to our span
and spins immortal memories of how we ended, how began.
No life untold! No life ignored! Our chapters blend in grand design
of life throughout a universe: a prologue to a future time.
No life forgotten! None unknown! Each story weaves a tale sublime,
creating life throughout the stars: an epilogue for unseen times.
