Poems for the Misinclined.
Poems for the Misinclined
Holes in my heart
The wind blows through,
Howling like the wolves, Hungry, tired, moonshine wired,
Wild and ragged, torn and tattered, I’d climb a mountain for a better view.
I’d climb a mountain for a better view…..
A mist in the air, a fire in the stove.
I’ve always loved you darlin this life fits us like a glove.
A dance in the moonlight, a song on your lips.
A turn on the last note, my hands gently on your hips.
Romance is for lovers, not for the misinclined,
Magic is for dreamers, and clocks just keep the time.
